The kernel is going to be compiled differently anyway.
(even in cases where Puppy might share the same kernel as Ubuntu)

So the focus is usually more on which Ubuntu packages work with which Puppy Linux versions. And Puppy generally has its own drivers.

Also, can you please post more clearly, so that we can better understand you?
