EDIT: Can't figure out a way short of url-shortening to get MEGA.nz links to render as links. Don't want to seem deceitful, though. Can someone recommend an alternative place to upload these files?

Hey all,
I couldn't find an up-to-date, native, easily-installable version of GNU/Emacs. So, I figured I would compile it and build my own packages.
These worked for me on vanilla Slacko Puppy 6.3.0. I prefer (and use) the SFS, since it is a relatively large install (~37 MB).
I did install emacs 24.3 from the Package Manager first, but removed it (for the same reason that I migrated to -current in Slackware: Some of the packages I use regularly require 24.5.) right away, along with its listed dependencies. Anyway, YMMV. I'll keep the build-tree around for a while, in case of issues.

- Proof that it worked. I was surprised, to be honest.

thanks for providing it, cdr.cdr255 wrote:Awesome, thanks, Puppus!
off topic, but what MEGA package did you use in Slacko Puppy 6.3.0.? i'm sure i've broken something by now, but i couldn't get any of those i tried to work in 6.3-64bit--maybe i missed one? have the 32 bit lib sfs loaded and thought i ran the gamut for that architecture as well...
anyway, you're welcome and thanks again, cdr255.
