report-video by Barry Kauler -gettext version

Barry Kauler has finished a gettext version of report-video.
It is possible to install it in older Puppies if you wish
,
however Barry Kauler has made it available in WOOF
for developers of new Puppies.
Instructions: Type 'report-video' in terminal
It has been gettexted for foreign translations. A pot file is
located inside the application package.
(/usr/share/doc/nls/report-video/report-video.pot)
You can translate the pot file easily and send it to the people
who look after the language translation packages.
I've done the German, French Spanish translations with the
help of RSH and vicmz and J.J. Moulinier .
