You can use shinobar's Extract-makepet ↓ utility to extract the .pet in /root/ (if you have much RAM space), then in a terminal window type dir2sfs /root/nameofextractedfolder and the SFS file will be created, copy it to the desired location and then delete the file from /root/ so that it doesn't take RAM space. You can also use a Linux partition with enough space instead of the RAM, in fact this is the recommended.
