I built ghostscript package for Puppy 3.01, 4.3.1, 5.2.5

for any puppy build, I built two different version

a build with gtk integrated viewer
a build (no-x11) without gtk viewer

note:
: I tried to compile ghostscript in puppy 5.2.5, but I only succeeded disabling cups support, due to many undefined references errors related to gnutls libs

but since disabling cups support makes pdftoraster unable to works, I tried if the ghostscript build made for puppy 4.3.1 were working in lucid puppt, and it was, so, you can use without pains ghostscript build for puppy 4.3.1 in puppy 5.2.5
