Here is the missing Help file for NoteCase

In most versions of NoteCase I have used, in many different puppys, for some reason, the help file is missing.

1. Make a directory named /usr/share/doc/notecase/
2. Unzip and move the attached file there.

The help file is built with NoteCase, so it is also an excellent, practical example on how NoteCase works.

The help file is made for version 1.9.5, but as a changelog for versions up to 1.9.8 is included, it should cover most versions.
