Simpleswitcher

Home: https://github.com/seanpringle/simpleswitcher
Info: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=144228
Version: GIT 2013-02-18
A popup window switcher roughly based on superswitcher, requiring only xlib and xft.
Simple way to use is assign a keyboard-shortcut to "simpleswitcher -now"

For more Help see /usr/share/doc/simpleswitcher

NOTE: Works for me in jwm, pekwm, echinus. Does not work in dwm (dwm does not support the needed EWMH-functions).

Compiled in Puppy 4.3.1.

aragon,

Thank you for this very handy and trim package.

I tried it in Puppy precise with JWM and it was fast and convenient (sometimes looking through all the icons sitting in the tray gets a little heavy) :D

I noticed that PF12 brought up the puppy root menu instead of all open windows on all desktops (PF11 for current desktop was fine)

Regards,
s

hi seaside,

yes in puppys jwm f12is traditionally mapped to the menu. you could change the keys for simpleswitcher with the startoptions. please look at the doc.
