Is there software for making invitation cards?
to make invitation cards, using CorelDraw (windows), how to make invitation cards in PuppyLinux 5/4/2?

In some Operating Systems(Puppy Linux) INKSCAPE-LITE is built-in.

There are heaps of free programs 'out there', google 'free linux invitation card templates', and you'll get some 5.7 million hits...
Also, I haven't used openoffice for some time, but I think there is a card template in there somewhere, maybe as an add-on.
