Subject description: How do you make the homely JWM tray attractive?

Personally, I've struggled to figure out tray opacity (it looked simple enough). I'd love to see your configs, or links to configs you've found on the web.

I was playing with the jwm tray & also the overall theme. In my ideal world creative individuals would post their custom jwm configs for the rest of us. Wink ...I was hoping to start a monster jwm config thread, much the same way crunchbang has a monster conky thread.

I've edited one of the stock themes (the one with the yellow text). I have opacity working, and it works best when it comes to windows, less so w/the tray Sad. Minimized windows don't show up very well if they lack text in their title. I have paired the config with a tray setup that utilizes the right 1/3 of the tray for icons, clock, etc., and the rest for tasks.

Code:

<JWM>
<!-- WINDOW BORDER PROPERTIES -->
 <WindowStyle>
     <Font>DejaVu Sans-12:bold</Font>
     <Width>3</Width>
     <Height>22</Height>
     <Active>
        <Text>#CAECF8</Text>
        <Title>#707272:#333737</Title>
    <!--  <Corner>#D3D8D8</Corner> -->
       <Outline>#707272</Outline>
     </Active>
     <Inactive>
        <Text>#676767</Text>
        <Title>#cccccc:#9F9E99</Title>
   <!--       <Corner>#D3D8D8</Corner> -->
        <Outline>#FEFDEC</Outline>
     </Inactive>
 </WindowStyle>

 <!-- Clock Style - control format & colors of tray clock -->

   <ClockStyle>
       <Font>DejaVu Sans-11:bold</Font>
       <Foreground>#CAECF8</Foreground>
       <Background>#707272</Background>
    </ClockStyle>

<!-- TRAY PROPERTIES -- FG controles button text -->

<TrayStyle>
<Font>DejaVu Sans-11</Font>
<Foreground>#1A1A1A</Foreground>
<Background>#707272</Background>
<Opacity>0.85</Opacity>
</TrayStyle>

<TrayButtonStyle>
<Font>DejaVu Sans-11</Font>
<Foreground>white</Foreground>
<Background>#D7D7D7</Background>
<ActiveForeground>white</ActiveForeground>
<ActiveBackground>#D7D7D7</ActiveBackground>
</TrayButtonStyle>

<!-- TASK LIST PROPERTIES -->

<TaskListStyle>
<Font>DejaVu Sans-11</Font>
<ActiveForeground>black</ActiveForeground>
<ActiveBackground>#333737:#CAECF8</ActiveBackground>
<Foreground>white</Foreground>
<Background>#707272:#333737</Background>
</TaskListStyle>

<!-- PAGER PROPERTIES -->

<PagerStyle>
<Foreground>#CCCCCC</Foreground>
<Background>#333333</Background>
<ActiveForeground>#CCCCCC</ActiveForeground>
<ActiveBackground>#CAECF8</ActiveBackground>
</PagerStyle>

<!-- SYSTEM LOAD MODULE PROPERTIES -->

<!-- POPUP PROPERTIES -->
