for sometime now I have been using puppylinux Lucid 5.25. It has been a no drama edition of Puppylinux. Far as that goes Puppy has rarely hiccups in my puppy versions anyway.

However i wish to stay with Lucid 5.25 for the forseeable future.

However I would also like to keep current with the Linux Kernel updates that are released from time to time.

Is there a straightforward way to accomplish this goal without compiling the kernel separately each time.

Other linux distrtibutions can update the kernel with a command line command once it is downloaded.
