A quote from the review "A HOWTO makes reference to an add-on file called "usr_devx.sfs" that gives you a C/C++ environment. I could not find that anywhere.. references to it, but nowhere to download it."
Naturally I posted a link in the comments section. But even for me as a longtime user and avid watcher of Puppy's progress It took almost half an hour to find the link! Yes I am a touch sleep-deprived but still... and to be fair to me the reviewer couldn't find the file either.
This does appear to be an issue but I'm sure we as a community can solve it...
