How to install Java browser plugin in Chromium? [SOLVED] :D

I've installed the Java JRE from Java.com; it's now residing in /usr/java/jre1.7.0_17, but what I can't figure out is how to get the browser plugin working. I've already got ~/.mozilla/plugins/libjavaplugin_oji.so symlinked to /usr/java/jre1.7.0_17/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so, but restarting the browser does nothing. The plugin appears to be nonfunctioning in Firefox, as well. _________________  Version 27. Dotpet. Click here.
