Subject description: Never mind, switching to Slacko solved it		  
Hey guys. I've been trying to connect to the internet with Huawei EC156 for 2 days now. I've read half a dozen threads and its all confusing. Can someone please tell me how to connect with this usb modem.

BTW I'm a complete newby so please keep it simple and detailed.

Which version of Puppy are you using? What have you tried so far and what happened when you tried it?

I was using Lucid Puppy 5.2.8 but then I read that new Slacko Puppy 5.5 has support for several 3G modems. I gave it a try and modem got detected without lifting a finger. Very Happy I'm happy
