Code: Select all

hotshots: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libQxtGui.so.0: undefined symbol: _ZN10QTableView13doItemsLayoutEv

Looks to be a compatibility problem with the version of Qt you are using,
you will need to install libqxt package compatible with your Puppy version
or compile libqxt http://dev.libqxt.org/libqxt/wiki/Home

have you tried HotShots-1.1.0b, that doesn't require libqxt,
though it's missing the freehand screen shot feature, it works well.

That pet looks to be here http://distro.ibiblio.org/puppyrus/pet/

Or you could try the qt-4.8.0.pet from the Carolina repo http://smokey01.com/carolina/pet_packages-carolina/
it locates qt in /opt so shouldn't muck up your system.

Hotshots menu entry fixed

I re-uploaded Hotshots-2.0.0 as the menu entry was in the wrong place, it was in /usr/share/application that should of been /usr/share/applications, the easy fix is to just move it for those that have downloaded it previously.

observed that size of image increases with putting arrows on

i have following question :
i tried all puppies installed with windows which i have but nowhere forwards backwards worked is this normal????
(one can use delete element to work around but forward backward would be good to have:)))
or i need do something?
or depends on laptop?

also f5 nowhere worked but this we discussed
and upload works just not to imgur in my x slacko 6.0
and i thank u very much for ur help!!:)

http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=108553

***observed that size of image increases with putting arrows on image often
********so necessary to (crop+) and or PUT TO CLIPBOARD AND OUT (AND maybe crop around the border lines some invisible!?stuff too) + RESIZE TO 800 for forum for example AND THEN EXPORT in jpeg
otherwise MAYBE dont fit forum;)s 800

or put 55% in setting at crop
then mostly works but with black frame;)
also dont come to close with text arrows to border of pic;)

see pic with questions too

if u want reedit( for example text errors later ) the result u must press save then GETS SAVED in vectorial layer form before u put it to clipboard!

and with arrows up down in menue raw on top of hotshots u can put arrows texts up or down the layers that then looks better

compare both pics...
works faster than in photoshop:)))

still with this errors of hotshots one can easy work around is hotshots bbbbest of linux
somehow can be bbbetter more praktikal as photoshop:)))
should be on every puppy becuase other linux grafic programs are all stoneage..no arrows, text put in pic complicated etc...
but on some like slacko 6.3 64 havent found anny pet version working:(??

looking forward for ur answers:)

for forward and backward question specially:)
+ this png jpg jpeg choice handicap... see downpart of pic...:)

thanking u+other puppy experts again for all ur help in my puppy time

No, forwards backwards(undo, redo) don't work in any I've tried, even the Windows version of this applications feature doesn't work.

You have to edit and remove items by hand.
mostly works but with black frame
When you save as a jpg you'll need to crop the black out, as it don't save with transparency, only png's have transparency.
