How to update Seamonkey and install Firefox?

I just installed the latest Precise Puppy from Barry on a USB stick.

Seamonkey says it's version 2.15.2 but the latest on their website is 2.17.1. Is there a way to update the one in Precise or should I install an sfs and if so can you point me to one version that will work and can be updated?

I tried to install Firefox from the Package Manager Puppy-Precise but I got something called Nightly and couldn't find a way to update that either. Could you point me to a Firefox sfs that will work and can be updated?
