Universal USB installer for puppy linux? Sub_title: I want to install ubuntu from within puppy on a usb stick.
I have used a linux usb installer from windows to install puppy linux to a usb stick and i am currently typing from the installation.
I had used puppy because it was small in size and it was an emergency but i am personally more comfortable with ubuntu so want to install ubuntu to a USB disk and boot from it instead. currently i do not have access to a windows PC.
Is there any easy tool which i can install in puppy that will let me install ubuntu to a usb disk from within puppy? Something like unetbootin ?
I scrolled down and used the isobooter instructions to put
fedora and a few other linux on usb. Worked fine. _________________
