Browsers comparison (May 2013)

#1 Post by gcmartin »

I have always felt that browsers are a tool and its up to any user to choose their own personal preference(s) for use. Often, I have been approached about which is better. I have never taken a position as I use several. Each has some feature which is useful in particular situations, for me.

I found this article which gives 1 author's comparison of a categary of current 2013 browsersthat most users have touched, heard of, or seen. The article takes a very practical approach as it shows some resulting measurements using tools readily available.

It's simple and easy to follow. It's also one we can use and send to those who have questions and could use a high-level understanding for what they may choose in their own browser selection(s).

Be forewarned that the summary still shares that its a "user preference" in so many words/
