AZT3011 sound card and fax modem

Hallo...
I just installed Puppy 1.0.9 in a desktop comp. It have an AZT3011 sound card and fax modem card (all in one); the sound was succesfully detected and configurated by Puppy... but no fax modem
How can I fix it??? Modem is the only internet acces for these...Please!!
