Fatdog comes with GIMP.
There may be a plugin available for this.
Got to search the web though.

The Qt application Nomacs will crop and rotate in one action

http://www.smokey01.com/carolina/pet_pa ... -2.2.0.pet

What puppy are you using? as this will require libraw to function, it may only need a symlink.

The next generation of Gimp (2.10) has a new tool called 'Unified transform' that does what you ask for.

Fatdog64 710 beta ships with gimp-2.8.16.
You may have to make new version yourself.
Or wait till someone makes an sfs of it.

the pet should be fine, open the directory where the file was downloaded to, then click and install, I get that problem with some pets wanting to open with geany in firefox.

Once installed you will need to edit the Nomacs .desktop in /usr/share/applications, rename Categories from X-Graphic to Graphic.
Then in the terminal run

Code: Select all

EDIT:
This raw works, the symlink way crashes nomacs when opening a raw file. http://smokey01.com/carolina/pet_packag ... 0.14.8.pet

When running it again it failed, I needed to create a symlink called libjpeg.so.7 linked to libjpeg.so.8.0.1 then it worked, I'm assuming that your x-slacko has the same files, I'm running x-slacko 4.2

kiramm, that's an older version of Nomacs I compiled, install the one I first posted, all the other pets should be ok.

the libjpeg.so.8.0.1 file does exist in x-slacko 4, to create the symlink needed run this in the terminal

Code: Select all

ln -s /usr/lib/libjpeg.so.8.0.1 /usr/lib/libjpeg.so.7

Dear kiramm,

I am not sure that my nomacs package is compatible with Slacko.
Wondering if those sfs packages collide with each other...

Have fun!

Wouldn't an imagemagick script be able to rotate and crop?
