Awesome! Glad to hear the newest Chrome still works in Lucid 5.25. Apparently those incompatible library issues don't apply to Lucid. And thanks to 666philb, I was able to get my own SFS file of Chrome 27 up and working. If you'd like to try to get yours running from SFS instead of installing it to your save file, check out the tips he gave me here: http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=86768 I'm running Precise 5.5 and Lucid 5.28, but I'd guess that at least some of his tips would be useful for 5.25 as well. |
