slacko 5.5 mouse pointer changed

For some reason my mouse pointer has changed to what looks like a double arrow. I can't do anything. I can move my mouse but I can't select or open anything. How can I get rid of this and get back to my normal mouse?

Have you tried a reboot? A complete power off and back on reboot?
The things they do not tell you, are usually the clue to solving the problem.
When I was a kid I wanted to be older.... This is not what I expected :shock:

You can trash /etc/X11/xorg.conf
and restart X to recreate it again.
