Puppy Subversion: Apology if you have not received response

I forgot to include the full instructions on how to contact the Puppy subversion administrators email.

I've learned that some people sent emails requesting access and never got a response.

The subversion administrators email is hosted on servage that has an excellent antispam system that requires the sender to confirm the message the first time he/she sends an email to the account.

Oddly enough this request for confirmation email is sometimes identified as spam by the original sender's email system.

I have updated the original announcement and the wiki to clearly indicate the procedure to follow so this does not happen.

Challenge-response systems violate a whole bunch of RFCs. Google for "challenge response email system".

The challenge is correctly identified as spam, because one can spoof a reply-to: address and have someone else's mailbox filled up with challenges. Not good. It would be simpler just to block all email from the world's top two spamming nations (they account for 96% or so between them). One is, surprisingly, a highly developed nation: Taiwan, at about 24%. The other is a more primitive place, and account for far more spam.
