RESOLVED Devx required to run virutalbox on precise 5.6.1?

Hello,
First I would like to say what a great linux OS, the thing just works! I waisted hours trying to get another distro to load on USB before this.
What a relief - very fast!
Full disclosure - I am pretty slow, so please excuse my ignorance of linux. (I was more of a XP person)
If I had known that linux was this useful I would have switched long before now. My last experience was trying an ancient distro in the mid 90s on a 486DX2. So it was a bit of a shock to see how things have moved on.
To be honest I nearly rage quit after all the problems I had with the other distro, it seemed all the problems I had seen from my first time were still there (bloated, broken, difficult to use - just a massive productivity black hole.) but luckily I noticed a review of Precise Puppy and I figured well its less than 170meg whats the harm.
BOOM! I just sat there dumbfounded, the thing installed and ready to use in a fraction of the time I had expected (I had gone off to get lunch, coffee expecting it to still be building the usb..)
I figured something had gone wrong, it couldn't have been that fast... expecting the worst I booted my PC and to my surprise it worked!
I spent the next day or so installing my programs (impressive most are available.)
What I want to do is run a virtualbox with a instance of DSL with LAMP, and possibly XP later.
What I want to do is practice socket programming with python.
Python libraries were a breeze, much easier to setup than what I am used to on XP. I thought something was wrong it just worked. lol.
but then I came to install the package binaries for virtual box and there was an error it said it couldn't locate a library, usually the PPM is quite good at finding all the dependency but in this case it seems to have fallen over.
Is there a way I need to install virtual box? base, ect...? I noticed there were a number of different versions.
How can I install virtualbox on Precise Puppy 5.6.1?
I checked the forum and I found this.

But as its from 2007, I wondered if it was still good for the later versions.
Do I need to install Devx? Before I can do this?
Also It took some time to install my programs (I am on a very slow connection.)
Do i need to download everything again if i install the devx for 5.6.1?
