Musescore 2.0.3 pet package

Dear Musescore fans,

After some failed attempts to compile v2.0.3, I gave up and created a hybrid that requires wine.

Well, this is a pet package with an embedded exe file pre-installed at its place in /root/.wine and appears as Musescore 2.0.3 in the Multimedia menu.

Works fine in Puli. Tested also with Tahr-6.0.5 under VirtualBox.

Musescore 2.0.3 sounds much better than its predecessor (Versions 2.0.3 and 1.3 can be co-installed both on Linux and Windows thus it is easy to compare them on the same machine). I added many demos found in v1.3.

I assume that this combo has limitations as there can be some requested wndws features not-yet-implemented in wine. (I used my package together with wine-1.9.21_v2.1.pet compliled by version2013 (thanks!). See http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewto ... 670#929670)

Note that it does not need the additional packages (mono, gecko) to be downloaded by wine but they may be necessary for other wine-based apps (see the below picture).
