-fixes a serious bug with middle mouse click during playback
I compiled on the various puppies and here are my results.

All package were compiled the same way ---> with LADSPA.
The developper has a new method of compiling mhwaveedit.
If you don't mention LADSPA in the configuration then it automatically
assumes that you want LADSPA.
If you don't want LADSPA then you specifically
must list the disable option during compilation.
