Try to using sqlitebrowser on precise but i get the message that
libqt-mt.so.3 is missing. how can i install it? can't find it with the package manager.

It needs qt-3.3.8.pet, you will find it here http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/dis ... -3.3.8.pet
