Wary 5.5 from USB stick says "kernel panic"

#1 Post by JimmyBonzai »

Hello

I have this annoying problem, when trying to boot puppy from my usb stick I get the "Kernel Panic attempting to sync......" type error

Im sure i read somewhere that its tot do with editing the menu.lst file, but in this case, before i make the usb boot tool from scratch ive set out to do, i have it added to Hrens Boot USB via the custom menu

Its configured correctly through the hirens menu but hirens has its own menu.lst file in the root directory, with 4approx puppy files in the puppy directory on the hirens usb stick (no menu file)

Just to add this exact problem happens when ive made puppy wary 5.5 Standalone on the USB stick - same issue

It loads the puppy_wary_5.5 file fine, its after that i get the error message

How do i solve thiis?

thanks allot
