How to localization Rox Filer to Vietnamese ?

I downloaded and installed Languafe file from DotPUp downloader
But it not had Vietnamese ? Why ?
Haocao had vietnamese of rox

I think hacao collected several additional files for hacao-linux in the internet.
Puppy still has quite poor language-support.

Vietnamese in general seems to be very new for linux, what might have to do with many bugs that Unicode-implementations had in first versions.

So many files will not have vietnamese and other Unicode-based languagefiles, instead you must search the web for files created by some enthusiasts.

I think hacao spent lots of work in his localization, so you should use his resources :)
