SVG Converter GUI

HI,

This is Graphic utility to convert svg file or diretory with svg files (batch). Dependency is rsvg-convert which is std in tahr 6.0.5, slacko 6.3, Quirky 64 and many recent pups. The app will do self check for this

the other dependency is gtkdialog box_splash

I may upgrade version like maybe size option, etc

I will try it, Untill now is was using Mtpaint to take a screenshot of SVG to transform it to png or Jpeg.

The recent version of mtpaint allows a scaling of svg image during the opening of the svg image which may be useful for a user.
