Subject description: Help?
 

I'm looking for a script or simple way to add, delete or change the menu categories "Utility, Filesystem, Fun, etc..." with a bash script. Does anyone have such a beast they can share?

Yes, I created such a beast here:

though the "standard" way is to edit the files in /etc/xdg/...
