APP. DEVs... Many online free storage sites are unfriendly.

It`s great that so many folks make app. packages for the many Puppy variants.

But many "free storage sites" intentionally protect your shared files from auto. downloads.
Either by mangled urls: Yandex url was 455 characters long.! Or: Box shows no url at all.!
To download the files the user must manually click the web page link. Not the best setup.

There may be a way to auto. access some of these sites, but it`d be lots of effort I`m sure.
Best solution is to not use them "exclusively". Get with Smokey so he has the latest apps.
His site is "normal", that is it has normal urls that can be used by package managers, etc.

Lots of talk about organizing Puppy. Smokey, (MU.?), (Who else?) have good repositories.

Hey ally; There`s a few folks I`ve talked to that could use a common site for their apps.

Can they PM you for access info? I`d be interested too as I keep building AppPkgs.
