PuppEX with LXDE, compiling tools and Slackware 14.1 repos Subject description: A remaster of Puppy Linux Slacko 5.6 and LxPup 13.11 |

I've made a new version of PuppEX today. No big deal, but I've added repos for Slackware 14.1 and Salix 14.1. I've also included compiling tools (devx_slacko_5.6.0.sfs) and Firefox 26.0 (latest version).
I started my remaster from LxPup 13.11. ("Why reinvent the wheel").

Thanks for this one! I've just downloaded it and am using it now, and it works fine.
Best,
CP .

Hi Exton
Thanks for extending LxPup - which flavour is PuppEx - the 4g or pae?
Interested in your use of the 14.1 repos - 01micko has said he won't be moving to 14.1 for Slacko5.7
Cheers

Well, it's pae.
I havn't changed all packages from 14.0 to 14.1. (Upgraded the system). Just made it possible.
After a hard drive install of PuppEX I have used the new repos to install certain elements of the Mate desktop environment - see this screenshot. So the repos work!
