Lobster reported this when he upgraded to 1.0.2RC.

The reason for this is a bug in the PupGet script in 1.0.1, that did not put the icon in the package file list.
The icon got removed to
/root/tmp/USRREMOVED/root/.usr/local/lib/X11/mini-icons/

The icon is supposed to be here:
/usr/local/lib/X11/mini-icons/opera16.xpm

The solution is, drag it back out of /root/tmp/USRREMOVED/... to its correct location.

Then add this line:
/usr/local/lib/X11/mini-icons/opera16.xpm

to the file /root/.packages/opera-x.x.files

That last step will prevent the next Puppy version upgrade from removing it again.

This bug was in 1.0.1, now fixed.
