Hi there
I think there is a bug in windows management. see attachment to understand what kind of error .
this window is generated by demo written in FreePascal Compiler.

What Window manager?

Could be as simple as not compiled properly for Puppy?

Yes - before blaming the window manager you'd better test with some other WMs. It seems unlikely that is the problem.
