I used Precise Puppy 5.7.1 (kernel 3.9.11) on Motherboard "ASUS_E35M1-M PRO" with "AMD Radeon HD 6310".
For installation you need the following packages:
amd-catalyst-14-4-linux-x86-x86-64.zip

download "AMD Catalyst™ 14.4 Proprietary Linux x86 Display Driver"
NOTE
Driver Version 14.10.1006
Automated installer and Display Drivers for Xorg/Xserver 6.9 and above (up to 1.13)
The Drivers works on Radeon R9 200, R7 200, HD 7000, HD 6000 and HD 5000 Series.
