I'd had a few problems using Puppy Linux 4.3.1. It could only connect easily to routers not encrypted. With enrypted sites I had every kind of problem. I asked for help and now this problem is solved. Another problem was with e-mail providers. The Yahoo page was distorted, I couldn't even reply to my letters, and gmail did not accept the browser.
I downloaded BurnCDCC, downloaded Clacko 5.7, burned the ISO image onto a live CD and not only could solve the connecting problem by using Frisbee, but even my Yahoo site became readable, plus gmail could work with the new browser. Then I tried images, audio and video and html files on the pendrive, everything worked fine. It is possible that the other versions also work well, but this is my suggestion: Burn the ISO image of Slacko 5.7 to disk using BurnCDCC, set up the system, and use Frisbee to connect to enrypted routers. There are a lot of things I still don't know but it seems that finally I have a working alternative to Windows.

I got my wifi connected with Frisbee
RolxA (an improved version of Puppy 5)
also does a nice job of connecting to a network using
Frisbee. Then it uses YASSM to find the windows share.
