Anyway, I solved the problem myself from the setup page. To make matters worse, I stupidly double posted the problem.Sorry for any trouble I caused.

This post seems to have been posted in the wrong forum.Frugal install on an EXT3 partition. Nice bootup, made save file, everything works except sound. Intel card ICH7, has worked with other Puppies. Nothing that I can see is muted, master control is set high, etc. I'm at a loss.
