Slack57-ff23 puppy

Howdy all;

I did my first remaster project, a simple one called slack57-ff23. The puppy is
based on 01micko's Slacko-5.7-4g. After a glitch or two the final product is now
a browser-puppy w/o Office, Flash, or Java (but JavaScript is still there).

Starting there I upgraded firefox17-ESR to FF23.0.1. This has more options for
a safer browsing experience before first on-line. Edit --> Preferences, and privacy-
minded add-ons such as Better Privacy, Redirect Cleaner, Ad Block Edge, are installed.

I installed the foo 4.26 pet with the kernal patch. This is for those like me
that got a newer LaserJet/InkJet printer.
The patch will keep things updated if one decides to upgrade the 3.4.82 kernal
provided. Thanks for this, everyone.

Included in /root/my-applications/MyFiles are the backgrounds and two desktop
icons used. The backgrounds are sized 600x1024 for most netbooks, but will
stretch. The icons are named epdf and pupsnap48. If you don't care for the
backgrounds, they can be deleted. The icons are needed.

The icon count is minimal, as is the tray. Feel free to add what you like. Its
just a start.

All of this was done on an ASUS eeepc-900a, my only computer.

***edit*** The 700 series screen resolution haas been solved using
xorgwizard -->intel --->Nothing -->xwin (after "finished").
Booting continued to a normal looking screen.
