I've recently come across a couple of pages that don't work with seamonkey
On this page a box appears to enter your details, but clicking the box doesn't bring up the cursor to enter details.

On this one you can order parts and go to the checkout, but the button to place the order doesn't do anything.

Both these pages functioned correctly on google chrome.
Some pages not working with Seamonkey - but work with Chrome
Why not spoof your user agent? Need dictates my browser of choice.

There seems to be a problem with the latest versions of Firefox and Seamonkey

Works on Chrome. Maybe I need to enable something.

Do you have NoScript installed? There's also a chance AdBlock Plus could be blocking elements of the pages, but that's less likely.
If you've got NoScript installed, and don't mind taking the risk, when you're on one of the pages, go to the NoScript menu and select Temporarily allow all this page. Once you leave the menu, the page should automatically refresh (unless the "Automatically reload affected pages when permissions change" setting is disabled in the General tab of NoScript's settings). See if the page works, now.
If it does, you may have to tell NoScript to whitelist the page's own domain (for example, for this site, I'd have to open NoScript's menu and "Allow murga-linux.com".)
Also, you can Customize your Seamonkey/Firefox toolbars and add the "Temporarily allow all this page" button, if you think you'll need to use the feature quickly and often enough.
