@smokey01: I'm sure that this is primarily a server problem. I'll send you a PM and hopefuly we can solve the problem at the root (if it really is what I think it is).

- Bugfix: While parsing missing dependencies, the directory scan did not search subdirectories recursively (thanks wdlkmpx)
