Puppy on Linux?

#1 Post by Germanpup »

would like to try to install Puppy on a PC running Debian on ReiserFS. I'm just wondering how the bootdisk would behave...might even try Vector in order to get some stuff fixed like my wireless pcmcia or printer drivers. Think I actually might be asking for a LILO configuration to boot into puppy being a file on /dev/hda1 (ReiserFS)?

I had problems with Lilo and moved to Grub.
I can boot a hd1 & hd2 install with Grub.
There some good docs in this forum about this ....from memory :D
I dont have a ReiserFS but use Ext2 so dont know about that.
