I have a USB flash drive with:
/dev/sda1 vfat all puppy stuff
/dev/sda2 vfat data
/dev/sda3 swap
The idea was to separate the system files and the data.
Windows XP only sees the first partition!!!
Swap is used.
Is it possible to change it so, that the data are seen and the puppy files are not seen? That would mean to boot from sda2 and keep sda1 for data?

Uh, put your data in sda1 and puppy in sda2?
Who knows why XP sees only the first. This is almost more an XP question than a Puppy one. Maybe look at your partition types to be sure they are the same?
Are you sure you want swap on a flash drive? That might wear it out pretty fast. Other possible solutions are 1) put it on the hard drive, 2) put it on a separate, el cheapo flash, 3) have no swap and spend your money on more ram.
