What are the boot-device options shown in the bios?

I am guessing it does not have a CD/DVD drive.

You will have to make bootable USB flash drive versions of the CD's.

It should be able to boot from USB.
The things they do not tell you, are usually the clue to solving the problem.
When I was a kid I wanted to be older.... This is not what I expected

try cleaning LED its easier to get at on a laptop drive and likewise easily messed up. I use rubbing alcohol on a q tip and wipe to dry with fresh eyeglass fabric. of course pull power and battery and let dry completely before use.

NOT responsible for flaming laptop if you do or do not follow suggestions.

Also a clean part of a TShirt could work. I used a bloody finger to fix mine Do not recommend that route. Did I say a laptop is easer to get at before? the other server type can and will cut fingers on sharp metal.
