If I wanted to make a version of Puppy Linux 5.7.1 Precise "retro" (kernel not Pae) to make the maximum possible number of old computers (trashware) or with hardware not perfect what should I install to get the best effect? Thanks in advance and good day.

Your question seems to ask for applications, and the answer is it depends on what you or your user want to do.

In general, Puppy comes with the common applications. You can even use for old computers older Puppy with updated applications, like Lucid Puppy 528 or even the old Puppy 431 updated.

My question is about what to install in Puppy Linux 5.7.1 Precise "retro" to improve the use on older computers, for example, i installed Zram that optimizes ram under a gigabyte. There are collections of kernel or other applications or programs installed to improve the pension system against the old hardware? I do not intend to use older versions of Puppy Linux, but optimize the Puppy Linux 5.7.1 Precise "retro" for this task. Thank you and good evening.

What drivers and what software can be installed on a base of my derived to make it compatible to the maximum with old computers? I need for a project of ethics and solidarity. Thank you and good day.

In my opinion it depends how old the hardware is. If it is P-III and 512Mb RAM or above the retro version with kernel-3.2.48 and extra analog modem drivers from here:
http://distro.ibiblio.org/quirky/precise-5.7.1/precise-5.7.1-retro.iso
should work fine for most old machines without need to change anything:

It will run much much slower on P-II and 64-128Mb RAM.
With such old p-II and low ram hardware Turbopup is much better choice:

Zram is not beter option than swap partition for low ram machine (under 1Gb). The system will run faster using SWAP file or partition instead.
Play videos from command line using mplayer or xhippo and make sure to convert them to lower resolution first (640x480) if needed.
Use Dillo, Hv3, Links2, Netsurf or older version web browsers like Firefox 3.5-3.6, do not open more than 2 browser tabs at the same time and old hardware can be used without much troubles.
