Sub_title: Discard unused blocks on a mounted filesystem.

I have found suggestions on the web that, on an SSD, it's better to occasionally run "fstrim", rather than adding "discard" to the mount options.
But the "fstrim" utility is missing from Tahrpup 6.0.2, so I've compiled it and uploaded to http://www.fishprogs.info/puppy/tahr602/fstrim-2.26.2.pet.

Note1: This pet contains it's own version of "libmount.so.1.1.0" since "fstrim" doesn't like the standard "libmount.so.1.1.0" in Tahrpup 6.0.2.

Note2: While it's compiled on Tahrpup 6.0.2, it might work on other puppies.
