You don't have a TV somewhere ? Yea....it has one input - a coax connector for cable style... Also has jacks fror VCR/DVD Player. Are the jacks the RCA output mentioned? I have not watched TV in at least 10 years...so mine might have button hooks and I would not know if they were left or right hand...

Hi, I have to apologize for this mess. I was off the grid for the first time in years (for about a week), FLASH and Barry knew about it, but given recent events I didn't want anyone to take advantage of my absence so I didn't let anyone else know. As with any perfect storm, for the first time in yea...

What about deleting this thread then. I mean it only exists due to my emotional outburst and most likely is destructive too. So I vote for deleting it? Anybody against? To all of you who don't want to delete it then Please motivate that view. I am generally against deleting threads ... The only rea...

Good luck trying :) On a public forum, it's probably best to avoid power struggles to begin with. Accepting that there are dysfunctional people in the world seems to work much better. I really don't understand what you mean, where power struggles come in ? Just because we accept (and embrace) that ...

Certainly not to prevent anyone who is determined to view this topic area. It's useful for preventing regular users to not see this particular area unless they're logged in. That's about it :) There are a few benefits ... For me ... I feel that off-topic is important to the members of this communit...

"Truly off-topic" area now only for registered users
Hi,
The Truly off-topic" area is now not visible unless you are a registered user.
This is to prevent some of the abuse that has been occurring of late.
And considering that it is a place for regular forum users to interact I feel that the change makes sense.
Cheers

And ANYTHING said on this forum can and is used by some to make a point in their favor. The problem with this is that only posts or parts of post are taken and thus the true meaning of the post or reply is lost. That's because that forum is about this forum ... Most of their content comes from here...

Hi, I will say the following ... The moderation process does not always work as transparently as I would like, this is something that I keep on promising to improve but never get round to ... It is my fault, but we do our best. We have moderators in every timezone, and they work hard to keep the for...

That is probably the potential ad revenue ...Flash wrote:Hmm. I got the $25 figure from the webpage linked to in the OP. Did they just make it up?
They have no way of knowing how much we receive.
If I was to put a whole load of ads all over the site.
Which I don't really want to do.
