On 5.7.1 you can boot from ISO + extract the .sfs file (use 7zip to extract it, make sure name is lower case) and place it in a level1 folder of any name. Be aware that Plop! is a read-only USB 2.0 driver. Don't use a USB 3.0 port. If Easy2Boot didn't boot then you did something wrong when preparing it - reformat as FAT32 and try again.
