Hello! I am a beginner who likes Linux and its philosophy.
I got in contact with Puppy Linux and like it very much. Unfortunately my Aureal Vortex au8830 sound card is not supported by Puppy, but it is supported by ALSA, and my Matrox Millennium G400 video card is partially supported, so that it is only possible to reach low resolution values and color depth.
Is it possible to include, into next Puppy releases full support for these cards ?
Best Regards,

I'm working on ALSA but it's being a pain at the moment with card dectection...If you can post the ALSA entires from another distro in /etc/modules.conf I might be able to throw something together to get your sound going
