Thanks Ariel! This worked fine for me.

Thank you! I've just started with the gimp but this works great on Lxtahr 15.05.
I love "portable" and I love things that work as well as this.

LxPup 15.05
Ok, well, I guess most folks have moved on to another bone to chew however, I need to share a problem encountered in LxPup 15.05 PAE.... Running a .2fs "save" file for a particular laptop, one sad day I elected to plug an external monitor into the laptop's vga port. It Worked fine. HOWEVER...

Thanks,Scabz!
Brilliant, Scabz!
My ebullient report: Works well on LxTahr 15.02 on an HP G60 laptop.I played most of a "TedTalk" through and it works great.
I am loading the chrome sfs only when Netflix is wanted and then just using the Netflix shortcut installed.

here's another example...a downloaded pet to be installed to Tahr6 Again, as in above post, if I extract it and rebuild it, (still on the fat hdd) it installs fine- Perhaps it has something to do with installing saved pet files from Fat32 hdd while puppy is kenneled on a usb stick? or is it Rox? bec...

dir2pet default error?
Likely I'm speaking out of turn here but for a new user ( tahr 6.0 and lxtahr 15.02) making a petwith Dir2Pet is still a might tricky. example: quote from pet.specs: "Opencpndepends-0.3|Opencpndepends|0.3||BuildingBlock|7168K||Opencpndepends-0.3.pet|trusty|no description provided||trusty||"...

yes,me too! so far, I like LxPup 15.02 non-Pae) very much....I like the lxde (?) window manager versus the jwrmc(?) because it is easier for this windoze refugee and especially, it works with Opencpn navigation program. I have used on 3 laptops from usb stick: HP G60, HP Dv1000 and a Dell D420 The o...

hmm, but rebuild menu wouldn't work-the file fixmenu actually entirely disappeared from /usr/sbin Oh,of course not from the iso-it's always there but just as a first run and thereafter in the save file . An immutable menu unless .jwrmc edited directly. ... yes, I was installing some debian packages ...

Details: -installed apps do not appear in the menu, though they say they are being put there -un-installed apps are persis...
