I have it back now. I do not have it booting quite right -- it will boot Puppy IF I hold the Esc key while booting. I want to get it to where it will boot from the CD just because it's there, which pre-UEFI systems did. I'm told it can be done, just haven't found it yet.
Now I have to get all my PUP files restored and configure it. Again. Relearn the mistakes I made and fixed last time. Sux being me LOL.
Edited to add 1/21: Wow. Boot sequence was not that hard, just had to go in and change #1 to the DVD drive... after enabling CSM. Old BIOS was much easier though, and I didn't even *have* to do this.
